Hey there! Welcome to my world of fitness and adventure. I may be 45 years young, but I still have the spirit of a fierce competitor running through my veins. Whether it’s competing in the Scottish highland games for the past 11 years or throwing myself into the exhilarating world of rugby at the D3 level with the Atlanta Old White Rugby Club, I never back down from a challenge.

When I’m not busy tackling opponents on the field, I’m a dedicated fur parent to two adorable pugs from the Pug Rescue of Florida and Georgia. These little bundles of joy have stolen my heart and become an integral part of my daily life.

In my previous lives, I’ve worn many hats – middle school math teacher, personal trainer, weight loss coach, and proud member of the Strongfirst SFG community. I’ve trained countless individuals to achieve their fitness goals and have experienced the transformative power of strength and determination firsthand.

Speaking of strength, I’m currently on a mission to level up my own training game. I’m determined to reobtain my StrongFirst SFG Level 1 certification and pursue the coveted Level 2 for personal pride. My trusty basement has become my training sanctuary, equipped with kettlebells that have become an extension of my being. Commercial gyms and barbells? Not my thing. Although, I do miss the soothing embrace of a sauna, so watch out for my basement transformation!

My true passion lies in helping individuals who are torn between hardstyle and sport-style training with kettlebells. That’s where I come in. I’ve made it my mission to merge the best of both worlds and offer a unique training approach that caters to everyone’s needs. But wait, there’s more! I’m not just a powerhouse of physical strength; I’m also flexing my mental muscles. Recently, I’ve embarked on an exciting journey of self-discovery by diving headfirst into the world of coding. Yes, you heard that right! I’m teaching myself to code and have even developed my first Android app. It’s a nifty timer app designed specifically for Pavel Tsatsouline’s program, Simple and Sinister. With multiple timing schemes and a test timer, this app is your ultimate training companion.
