3 DBL Clean, 3 DBL Jerk, rest 1 min

4 DBL Clean, 4 DBL Jerk, rest 1 min

5 DBL Clean, 5 DBL Jerk, rest 1 min

10 min suitcase carry, switch hands every minute.
