New Training Block

We are now starting a 4-week program of park bench style training. The movements in that block are based on the movements taught in the SFG level 2 certification.

We will work on Bent Presses, Windmills, Double Kettlebell Jerks, and Double Kettlebell Push Presses. The ballistics will stay the same, Swing, Snatch, and Cleans. The only thing we are not doing from the SFG 2 movements is Double Kettlebell Snatches, for safety reasons. If you plan on getting certified then work on them. Otherwise, I don’t think they are needed.
