Wednesday: Circuits, 5 rounds, 1 min rest between rounds, 30-sec rest between moves

*If you do not have double bells of the same weight, you can do a single bell with each arm or double bells with different weights and switch each set.

Snatch 10  left hand

DBL Push Press 5

Snatch 10 right hand

10 min suitcase carry, switch hands every minute.
