*If you do not have double bells of the same weight, you can do a single bell with each arm or double bells with different weights and switch each set.

1 double kb clean and 1 double kb squat, rest 1 min

2 double kb clean and 2 double kb squat, rest 1 min

3 double kb clean and 3 double kb squat, rest 1 min

4 double kb clean and 4 double kb squat, rest 1 min

5 double kb clean and 5 double kb squat, rest 1 min

10 min suitcase carry, switch hands every minute.
